1. How to Return
Step In has put no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item. In case you are not happy with the order you have received or you found some issue in the quality/size or colour of the item, please inform customer care immediately of this issue so that it can be return back to us, and we will arrange for return shipping. Products returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you.
Return of Products will be accepted only if they are returned in their original packaging and within 21 days of after delivered date . We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order and the courier shall pick it within 72 hours of your request. Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the Product to reach back to our Order processing centre.
- ALL ITEMS TO BE RETURNED MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING INTACT (FOR E.G. SHOES MUST BE PACKED IN THE ORIGINAL SHOE BOX AS WELL AND RETURNED), AND SHOULD NOT BE BROKEN OR TAMPERED WITH.
- ENSURE ORDER NUMBER IS CORRECTLY WRITTEN ON THE RETURN LABEL/ ETC.
- PACKAGE THE ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WE REQUEST YOU TO PLACE THE BOX IN FURTHER PROTECTIVE PACKAGING TO ENSURE THERE IS NO DAMAGE IN SHIPPING THE GOODS.
- IF YOU CHOOSE TO SELF-SHIP YOUR RETURNS, KINDLY PACK THE ITEMS SECURELY TO PREVENT ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT. INCASE IF SHIPMENT IS DAMAGE OR ANY ITEM IS MISSING, 1ststepin WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH DAMAGE. HENCE, WE RECOMMEND YOU TO USE A RELIABLE COURIER SERVICE.
- ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED BY US, YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED WHOLE AMOUNT U CHARGED. AS A RETURN VOUCHER TOWARDS SHIPPING COSTS, IF SELF-SHIPPED. THIS IS SUBJECT TO YOUR RETURN HAVING MET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POLICY.
How to Return The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
A. The list of items wherein returns or exchange is strictly not supported includes :
- SWIMSUITS, LINGERIE (INNER WEAR), SOCKS, DEODORANTS, PERFUMES, HAIR ACCESSORIES AND WRIST-BANDS.
B. Also note that any damage caused due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

2. Warranty
- PRODUCTS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF THEY ARE IN AN UNUSED/UNWASHED CONDITION WITH ALL THE TAGS AND BRAND BOX/BRAND POLYBAGS, WITHIN 21 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERED
- WARRANTY, AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS FOR THE PRODUCTS EXISTS FOR ONLY 21 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE www.1ststepin.com
- WARRANTY CAN BE AVAILED ONLY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND IT CANNOT BE CLAIMED FOR DEFECTS DUE TO MISHANDLING OF THE PRODUCTS OR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR
3. Refund Clause
1ststepin return policy offers you the option to return items purchased on 1ststepin.com within 21 days of the delivery date. In case of COD returns, we will refund the amount you paid for the products into your Bank account only. For same kindly share your Beneficiary Name, Bank Account no. and Bank ifs code at contact@1ststepin.com
In case of Prepaid refunds, the amount would be refunded in the same account through which you have made the payment.
Also, Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges. All returns are subject to 1ststepin discretion which shall be deemed final and binding.
4. Delivery
1ststepin endeavor to ship the Products to customers within 2-3 working days from the day of purchase of Product made by you. However, the duration of delivery of Products will be depending on customer location. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control (“Force Majeure Event”) including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. Minimum 7 days & Maximum 14 days to finally delivered your product Its depends on your address.
In the event you are not available to accept delivery on second attempt, 1ststepin may at its discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost on the third attempt made. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, 1ststepin may at its discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost. 1ststepin will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
Cash on Delivery
You agree, understand and confirm that for the Cash on Delivery (“COD”) details provided by you for availing of services on 1ststepin will be correct and accurate. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and Responsible persons Name, valid Address and Contact details to 1ststepin at the time of order. 1ststepin will not use or share this information with any third party unless authorised by you, or required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. The customer will be liable for his order as soon as the order has been dispatched out of warehouse and any COD charges levied by 1ststepin.
COD Charges: While we will endeavour to reduce these charges in the future, we currently have to pay our shipping partners additional fees in order to process COD transactions.
COD Charges are Rs. 100 per order.
